When trying to lose weight one the most difficult challenges is to resist the urge to snack. So, what is the best way to curb those cravings and stop you raiding the fridge?

One of the things I do is to have a list of distractions stuck on the fridge door. You could also write some distractions on pieces of paper, put them in a jar and have them conveniently located in the kitchen to reach for every time you feel like snacking.
